Result:
- AHI in the OSAS patientswith hypertension is 29.77 ± 13.03, higherthan AHI in the
OSAS patients without hypertension 25.21 ± 14.37 (p<0,05)
- There are strong positive correlation between AHI and systolicblood pressure with r = 0,407, p < 0,001. In multivariable analysis the affect of cardiovascular risk to AHI: two risk with statistic signification are hypertension (p<0,01) and obesity (p<0,05).
